This section has clickable links to all the reunions held by the DFA since 1995. The first reunions took place in the early 1900's. We have some information about reunions held by the Simon Dreisbach line in or near Allentown, PA, but there were also reunions held by the Martin Dreisbach line in Ohio. We are actively seeking more information about them and will post it when we discover some.
, the first reunion of the newly revitalized Dreisbach Family Association was held in a Grange Hall near Kreidersville, PA - about 15 miles from Allentown, PA. (A Grange Hall, is a small bulding in the country where farmers and their wives met and held social events.)
DFA Reunion was held in Chillicothe, Ohio, in the area where most of Martin Dreisbach's children settled and where many descendants still live.
DFA Reunion was held in Allentown, PA. It took place just after "9-11" and there was discussion of cancelling the event. However members of the DFA who lived in New York City said that the reunion should go on, that to cancel it was to give victory to the terrorists, and so we had a mindful and thankful reunion.
DFA Reunion was held in Lewisburg, PA - the site of the Martin Dreisbach home.
DFA Reunion was held near Mauch Chunk, Jim Thorpe, PA - in the area where a number of Simon line descendants, including George Washington Dreisbach, settled in the 1800's.
DFA Reunion was held in Tohickon, PA, near Quakertown, in the area to which many of the Simon line Dreisbach fled, 1756 to 1761, during the French and Indian War.
DFA Reunion was held in Phoenixville, PA near Valley Forge. Organized by brothers Tim and Tom Dreisbach and their cousin Jeff Dreisbach and the "Massachusetts cousins" - Debbi, Paula and Carla.
DDFA Reunion was held in Chillicothe, Ohio. Organized by three sisters, Jennifer Dresbach, Betsy Dresbach Delong and Suzanne Kunsitis.
